Poor Customer Experience
I recently applied for a new account with the bank and tried to register for online banking. However, when I attempted to register online, my request was rejected by the system. I called the hotline on two different days, and while the customer service representatives were very helpful and tried to register the account for me, I still spent more than an hour with them, and my online banking registration did not work. Finally, they raised an IT ticket. It does not make sense for the bank to have such a complicated procedure, and it has resulted in a very poor customer experience. The worst part is that they cannot give me a timeline for the solution. My partner encountered the same issue, which seems to indicate ongoing IT problems that make me question the reliability of the bank.
