Black Lace Stamping

For some black lace stamping, I started by layering L.A. Colors Dizzy over OPI My Very First Knockwurst, then used plate BP-02 from Born Pretty Store and their black stamping polish.

Born Pretty Store - Lace Stamping Plate QA72 Review

I've used quite a few stamping plates from Born Pretty Store in the past, and today I have another one. This time it is plate QA72. It has some lacy images on it, and a few little angels that look like maybe they're supposed to be cupids, but I'm not entirely sure.

Incoco Nail Polish Appliqués - Review

I received some nail strips from Incoco to review and show you. They sent me three packs of strips, a booklet with all the different styles they have, instructions, and information about the strips, and two files and orange wood sticks.

Incoco strips are made of nail polish, so you have to use them soon after opening the package, or, as I discovered with some of my leftovers, they end up drying out within a couple of weeks.

The first set I tried is called Sweetie Pie, and retails for $8.99.
Bling Bling is a basic silver glitter for $7.99.
Fashion Fusion is also $8.99 and from their neon collection.

Quadruplet Collaboration Nails from Instagram

I've teamed up with a few other girls on Instagram to do collaboration nails quite a few times, then I'd Photoshop one picture from each of us together. So I have three to share with you that we've done in the past!

First up, we decided to do owl nails. I wanted to try owls in a way I hadn't before, and these ones were inspired by a Shabby Blogs background image I used to have.

The base gradient for these is Julep Claire and China Glaze Gaga for Green.

I stamped on top of the blue part with Essie Mesmerize and BM222, and over the green with ChG Holly-Day and BM309, then over the whole nail with ChG White on White and a design from BM222.

I See a Golden Opportunity in This Metallic Blue

I recently won China Glaze Golden Opportunity in a giveaway from Nancy at The Dark Side of Beauty and immediately wanted to try it out! I had high hopes for opacity in two coats, but alas, it is a three-coater and probably could have even used 4. I was planning on covering a lot of it up, though, so I wasn't too worried about it.

Golden Opportunity is a beautiful gold perfect for fall! However, I decided to pair it with Kleancolor Metallic Aqua (the only Kleancolor I have found thus far that takes less than a century to dry) and tried out the lace technique.
