Image
First of all, let me take the opportunity to wish my dearest cyberfriends, (fellow bloggers and readers)... Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri....Eid Mubarak ;) Have a safe and fun celebration! Now to my Grilled Chicken Briyani recipe. As you know, I don't trouble myself to make technically difficult dishes, lol. Here, I used an electric rice cooker to cook the briyani rice. Just add the grilled chicken to the rice once it's cooked. Done! I would use the same Briyani Rice recipe and add any style of chicken or mutton dishes. I prefer the chicken and mutton is well cooked before mixing them in the rice.  GRILLED CHICKEN BRIYANI Ingredients :~ (A) For grilling ; Marinade 500gm boneless chicken (preferably thigh or breast part) ~ cut into medium chunks 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 2 tbsp chilli powder 6 tbsp plain yoghurt 1 tsp garam masala  2 tbsp lemon juice salt (B) For the rice ; 4 cups Basmathi rice ~ washed and soaked in water for

Snow Cheesecake....

Image
This is one cake which has gone viral among Malaysian Food Bloggers of late. Me, not wishing to miss the train, gave it a try and the cake was liked by all. The cake itself is not too cheesy, but the filling and topping, yes. Thus, for those who don't really fancy cheesecakes can try this! You can also use your own cheesecake recipe for the cake part. Just slice the cake into half, fill and top with cream cheese and grate cheddar cheese over. Done! Before we go to the recipe, let me thank the recipe owner Sherry_Mz of Myresipi.com for sharing this wonderful and yummilicious recipe with us. She should be really proud and happy to see the number of food bloggers and readers tried her recipe. Also thanking fellow Malaysian bloggers for sending the vibes to others...and that includes me! LOL ;) Now, to the recipe. I have translated the original recipe which was in Malay.

Andhra Chicken Curry ~ My Guest #8...Swasthi, Indian Healthy Recipes

Image
Welcome back! How many of you are true curry lovers? I love curries that are made thick with loads of spices. My chicken and mutton curries must have the most spices because they can simply make your curry really aromatic and super delicious. But of course not over the quantity needed. Today, I feel so proud to have Ms Swasthi to make a guest post in my space. I happened to know Swasthi after she left a comment in my space. That took me straight to her irresistible and tummy grumbling page, Indian Healthy Recipes . Swasthi claims herself as a budding food blogger but I would say she is a fantastic cook. The recipes she has shared along with fabulous clicks can make you easily hungry. You have no idea how much I craved for her dishes whenever I visit her space, lol! I found Swasthi a very down to earth, polite and sweet person. I personally liked her simple food presentation with an easy to browse-through blog layout. Those who've already visited her, would agree with me ;) I
