All credit for Frigg goes to my co-founder Sean Matthews, who is the product visionary and lead developer. Many amazing contributors to the open source project, too. (However- I'm the one who uses Firefly to make dramatic blog art. So I have that going for me.

Ecosystem Led Growth is in my Amazon shopping cart and it's now time I buy it. I enjoyed this read Tom Elliott. A brilliant person I know named Kevin always took that anecdote around Tech Partner Hierarchy of needs but I love how you explain the importance of support. Tech integrations require expectations but also a support system from those that are SME. Fun read!
