    Meet Tom Ross in today's episode of #CoffeeChats! Tom R. is the senior manager leading the Denim & Workwear category at Amazon Fashion Europe. Here's an insider's look at his exciting role:  ☕ Hi, Tom. Can you tell us more about your current role? I lead the Denim & Workwear category across Amazon Fashion Europe. Although admittedly biased, I believe this is the most exciting category in the industry, with ever-increasing appeal to customers and at the forefront of the fusion of entertainment (especially music) and fashion. ☕ How do you support brands on Amazon Fashion? My team and I work with an incredible cohort of iconic denim & workwear brands to accelerate their business on Amazon, partnering together to jointly solve problems and provide the best experience for our shared customers. ☕ What are you most excited about going forward? I am very excited about how #GenAI can step-change our speed of innovation, particularly in the customer shopping experience. We can already see this in action with AI-driven size recommendations (particularly important for customers shopping jeans) and improvement to the customer reviews experience, with so much more to come. Stay tuned! ☕ What was the highlight of your year?  I recently attended the Amazon Fashion House event in Madrid, a fantastic evening that brought many of our key brands together and gave the opportunity to share some of the exciting innovation that Amazon is working on across Stores, Music, Prime Video and Twitch, amongst others. Too Faced is a serious makeup brand that knows how to have fun. Customers can learn and discover iconic products in the Too Faced brand store in Amazon Premium Beauty, from Better Than Sex Mascara to the Born This Way complexion range and the cult favourite lip gloss and lipstick assortments. Then, from Millie Bobby Brown, florence by mills fashion is the Gen Z-inspired, ready-to-wear loungewear, lifestyle and intimates line, designed to spark feelings of self-confidence and optimism. As the first retail partner (besides the brand’s own website) for florence by mills, the brand store on Amazon Fashion offers customers over 50 products from the spring collection.     Our European customers can discover must-have pieces from Levi Strauss & Co., G-Star RAW, and more, curated by five inspirational European creators – Carlotta Bertotti, Erea Louro, Marilyn NL, Manon Laime, and Vivien Blotzki. Whether it is summer styles for work or leisure, or athleisure pieces for getting active or simply spectating the glorious summer of sport, thanks to this season's influencer edits, customers can find everything they need, from new brands to trending products.     Our team has just returned from GQ Heroes at Soho Farmhouse, Oxfordshire.  Organised by GQ Magazine in association with BMW Group, GQ Heroes brought together some of the world’s most influential figures to explore the ever-evolving landscape of industry and creativity in our fast-paced world. We asked Dave Brittain, Business Development Director, Amazon Fashion Europe to tell us about some of his favourite moments from the event. Here’s what he said: “We heard about so many amazing things, from Sir Paul Smith's design inspirations, to the obstacles that Sunday Riley had to overcome in launching her brand, to Russell Crowe's intimate moment with a tarantula (iykyk).
