Emma Fitzharris is interested in speaking with Project Managers who have strong experience leading and bringing structure to projects. The environment is moving fast and product development is rapid, so being able to keep the momentum is critical. Someone who has come from a start up environment would suit this opportunity as it is a very similar setup in the way they operate( smaller projects of 3-6 months with changing priorities ). Experience working in an MVP environment is also a very important aspect to the role. Experience delivering multiple projects within a tight deadline and short turn around times is essential.
