After two days of sharing ideas (and talking all things pizza) it's safe to say the team is feeling motivated and inspired, and ready to take key learnings back to the field 🍕

Ever wondered what it's like to be an Events Manager at Domino's? ☁🍕 Dive into a behind-the-scenes look at a day in the life of one of our dedicated Support Office team members, ANZ Events Manager Brett Mills! From coordinating Domino's annual Rally event with more than 2,000 attendees to ensuring all Social Squad events run smoothly, Brett brings passion and precision to every project he manages. This role is all about creating memorable experiences and executing events that drive brand awareness, inspire our workforce, and inspire our customers!

Last month, team members from Domino’s Support Office came together for one of the most highly anticipated Social Squad events of the year: Drag Queen Bingo! 🌈👑 An incredible evening filled with lots of laughs, food, drinks and entertainment, Domino’s is proud to celebrate diversity, foster inclusivity, and bring our team members together in unique and memorable ways. Domino’s is proud to be the first fast food restaurant chain in both Australia and New Zealand to sign the Better Chicken Commitment, an initiative aimed at significantly improving the welfare of chickens in our region. DPE has made progress in ANZ to improve the conditions of chickens within our supply chain, in line with World Animal Protection standards, and will continue to take steps to address areas where further improvement is needed.
