This is Cindy from Cindy's Scraptastic Designs, It's my day to post over at Jaded Blossom!!! For today I made a card for a friend of mine... Hope she likes it

I used Jaded Blossom the new GNOME DIES: MERMAID ADD ONS for her top, the

GIRL GNOME DIES for the base of my gnome, the STITCHED CIRCLE DIES with the 

SCALLOP CIRCLE DIES to make a pool, the AHOY GNOMIE with the 

AHOY GNOMIE OUTLINE DIE for the sentiment.

Happy Birthday Sailor

 

Hi friends! It's Julee Tilman, popping in today to share a fun birthday card featuring Jaded Blossom goodies. It's my birthday today, so I just had to make a birthday card to share here.

My Girl Gnome is all decked out with a little sailor outfit courtesy of the Gnome Dies: Beach Add Ons and Gnome Dies: Leg Add Ons. All pieces are die cut from white cardstock and colored with alcohol markers.  To get a metallic worn look to the anchor, I added some Tim Holtz foundry wax.  

The beach background paper is from an old Kaisercraft paper pad and cut with the Card Mat Dies.  I finished off with a sentiment from Ahoy Gnomie, cut with the coordinating outline dies.

Holy Crab! It's Your Birthday!

 Happy Friday everyone! My latest card for Jaded Blossom features this adorable crab from the Gnome Dies: Beach Add Ons. I fell in love with this awesome fella as soon as I saw him! The great thing about the Add-ons is that there are so many dies that can be used on their own without using the gnomes. So even if you aren't a gnome lover (GASP!), you can still purchase the sets for the accessory dies. When I saw the sentiment "Holy Crab! It's Your Birthday!" that's part of the Ahoy Gnomie Stamp Set, I knew I wanted to create a beach scene with a bunch of crabs.

 

I cut the crabs from watercolor paper and used Spectrum Noir Aqua Markers and a paintbrush to color them. Next, I added dots on the body with Copic Marker R17 and used a black multiliner to add the eyes. To create the white scallop card base, I used Scallop Rectangle Dies 1. The sand paper is a digital file.
