Boo!

Hi everyone and happy Wednesday!

Stacey from Stacey's Creative Corner here today
and I have a spooky cute candy box to share with you.

I created my box by using some black cardstock and the Coffin Die. Once I had my box built, I die cut the orange layer by using the layering piece that comes with the Coffin Die, added some doodling and adhered that to the lid of my box. I used the Doily Dies to cut out a piece of black glitter cardstock and added a striped circle that I cut using the Stitched Circle Dies. I placed a tag that I cut out using the Mini Tag Dies 2 to the center, added the BOO from the Halloween Dies 2 and some black enamel dots. I added my doily piece to the lid and added two little ghost from the Halloween Banner Dies to complete my box.

I thought this would be a fun little surprise to sneak into my hubby's lunchbox for a little treat.
I added some chocolate peanut butter ghost candy to the inside.
Yum!

Thank you so much for stopping by today!
I hope you have a great crafty day!

Batter Up!

Hey crafty friends!
I hope this finds you well!
Stacey from Stacey's Creative Corner here today and
I am super excited to announce that I am a member of the Jaded Blossom Design Team once again!
I've missed these ladies so much and I am so happy to be back!
Yay!!!

Here is a look at the card that I created to share with you today:

My hubby and myself are pretty big baseball fans so I knew I had to make a baseball themed card using the Gnome Dies: Sport Add Ons 1, especially with the season just starting up.

I created my card by first making a top folding A2 card using white cardstock. I used the Card Mat Dies to cut out some baseball themed patterned paper and glued that to my card base. I cut a strip of red cardstock, adhered it to a strip of white cardstock & ran it through my die cutting machine using the Card Mat Dies again so that the stitching lines around the perimeter were consistent. Before adhering it to the card though, I stamped my sentiment from the Root For The Gnome Team stamp set with some white ink and then heat embossed it using white embossing powder. I die cut a  circle using the Stitched Circle Dies and cut a small section off to create a straight edge. I added it to my card front and started building my cute little baseball gnome!  I used the Gnome Dies, Gnome Dies 2 & Gnome Dies: Sports Add Ons 1 to create my little baseball player. Once he was built, I added him to my circle and then used the Star Dies to decorate his little ball cap. My favorite team wears Orange and Black but since I'm not sure who the card will be going to, I opted to keep the colors pretty generic. So cute!

Thank you so much for stopping by today!
I hope you have a great crafty day!

Set of Birthday Cards

Happy Monday my crafty friends!!
Today I am sharing a set of birthday cards I created.
My day job is really good about honoring our employees' birthdays.
We are a small business so it definitely makes it easier.
When I started this job, they found out I love to make cards and now
many of my cards are used for the office birthdays.
We needed to replenish the stash at work so that is what inspired today's projects.

I used some cute paper from Doodlebug Design.
I used the following Jaded Blossom products on my cards -

Here is a closer look at one of the cards -

These cards go together fairly quickly once you get everything cut.

Hibiscus Birthday

Hi friends! It's Julee Tilman, popping in with a little CAS inspiration for you. Are you playing along with this month's challenge? There's a stamp set of your choice up for grabs!

The Hibiscus stamp set has been on my wishlist for a while now, and I treated myself to a little wishlist shopping spree for Mother's Day. I love how easy a multi step stamping set makes the coloring, and it's a great jumping off point for a CAS design. I stamped the hibiscus flowers in pinks and blues, then cut with my Brother Scan 'n Cut.

For a little backdrop, I used another shopping spree set, Spring Splatters, stamping in blue and yellow, then die cutting with the Stitched Circles.  I matted with a scallop circle cut from vellum, then finished off with the happy birthday sentiment from Fancy Birthday.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hope you have a super creative day!
