Steve Carell Puts the Action Back In Action Figure in "Welcome to Marwen" Trailer

Universal Studios Welcome to Marwen
Yaaay...another Steve Carell movie that will have people telling me it reminds them of me for the next 3 years. This holiday season, Academy Award winner Robert Zemeckis—the groundbreaking filmmaker behind Forrest Gump, Flight and Cast Away—directs Steve Carell in the most original movie of the year. Welcome to Marwen tells the miraculous true story of one broken man’s fight as he discovers how artistic imagination can restore the human spirit.

Anchorman 2 Reviewed

My Confession: I don't recall much of the first Anchorman film. I remember Sex Panther and Scotch and a battle with a trident and that's about all of it, so comparing the sequel to the original is not happening here.
My Second Confession: At Sunday's Anchorman 2 premiere, I was given free popcorn, a Diet Coke and a bottle of water. It was not a bribe, but it is possible these plush items have compromised my opinion. Full disclosure.

Anchorman 2 begins with Ron and Veronica taking New York news by storm. They've got a seemingly happy life with a wide eyed son and a bright future before them until Veronica gets her dream job and Ron gets the axe...and then belligerent...and then estranged from his wife. He creeps back to San Diego and hits rock bottom, but finds timely salvation in the form of the first 24 hour news network.  Ron takes off across the country to re-assemble the greatest news team ever. As expected..wackiness ensues in flavors including "oh so wrong"and "side-splittingly ridiculous"! Now the team rallies against a common enemy (James Marsden's "Jack Lime") and while devising a way to defeat their foes in glorious news battle, wind up changing the face of Television forever. EPIC!

The Incredible Burt Wonderstone

Steve Carell is one of those actors where I watch a trailer for a movie they are in and wish I did not want to see it so badly...because a lot of the time they make them look intolerable. Then I watch and good ole' Steve makes everything OK. The Incredible Burt Wonderstone looks to be one of those movies, only after watching the trailer, you'll be lining up for a seat NOW. Steve Carell, Steve Buscemi, Alan Arkin AND Jim Carrey??!! Sold.

Get Classy All Over Again with Anchorman 2

Ron Motherfucking Burgundy is back with those bastards of KVWN...ready to throw down with rival news teams, tridents at the ready. No babies shall stand in the way of the truth. These boys are fully willing to wrestle bears to get to the meat of the matter. Well..maybe only Ron is..but if you set up multiple shots of bourbon, I'm sure the rest of the crew will jump into the fray. Anchorman: The Legend Continues comes to theaters in 2013, so for now, you'll have to settle for this teaser trailer. Will it tease you into a sexual frenzy? Let's just say, just like Sex Panther Cologne... 60% of the time, it works every time. Ready your trembling eyeballs...

Learn to Make Love...From Rabbits

The Dinner for Schmucks trailers offer only the slightest hint of the psychotic behavior in store for us when opening day arrives and Schmuckery is upon us. Now, Funny or Die get in on the fun with a close, personal look at a man named Kieran Vollard (Aka that really funny foreign guy who isn't Russell Brand) who opens his doors to us to teach us of life...and love...among...the bunnies.

Tim (Paul Rudd) a rising executive, works for a boss who hosts a monthly event in which the guest who brings the biggest buffoon gets a career-boost. Though he declines the invitation at first, Tim changes his mind when he meets Barry (Steve Carell), a man who builds dioramas using stuffed mice. The scheme backfires when Barry's blundering good intentions send Tim's life into a downward spiral, threatening a major business deal and possibly scuttling Tim's engagement to his fiancee.

But really..the film seems so much funnier than the lame synopsis would have you believe. Check out Dinner for Schmucks July 30th!
