This is absolutely delicious! Have made it twice now - both times to RAVE reviews! I halved the recipe both time and it worked out great. The second time I made it using Cream of Chicken w/Herb soup and kept the Bourbon at 3 oz <smile> and we liked it even better. This is a KEEPER!

Hi Frank! Thank you for peeking in, commenting and high 5ing the recipe for Chicken In A Cream Sauce Casserole. For my family and I, this time of year seems to call for casseroles. I also like to prepare them for friends who might be shut in for whatever reason. I hope you enjoy!

Thanks a lot summerhillie for checking the caramel banana mousse cake. The recipe is not coppied, it is my own creation. I didn't use the other cake half...It is just one cake layer as a base, topped with the banana slices, followed by the cream and finally top with the caramel. I saved the other half for another cake. Thanks again my friend.
