Nice 'Greek' style dressing. I usually think feta cheese with greek dressings but still liked this dressing. Next time I'll add some crumbled feta. Don't know why my picture loaded sideways but I have no way to fix it.
Ideal to drizzle on grilled chicken too!

This is a great dressing. Somehow a little different of a vinaigrette than what I normally find and make, I think it's the addition of dry mustard. I really like it. It's got a nice little twang but is not overpowering. I can see this being ideal on a Cobb Salad.

Hey there Oldgringo (Gringo Viejo). I tried your Chili Colorado and it turned out great. It's a great base recipe but of course I'm gonna fiddle with it. I'll be adding a couple of Chipotle (dried jalapenos) in the next batch. Thanks for sharing Amigo!

I've been thinking about this group. I totally blanked out on what online name I used and what password and even the name of the site. Then I tried just typing in Tuna steak ricardo and found the site again. I found my online name. That watermelon salad sounds delicious. I don't think I'll find good watermelon anymore but here in Israel there still might be some in the shuk,-outdoor market.
