    I make mayo all the time with an egg so I understand the technique. However, this is not worth attempting again - zero flavor and lack of good coagulation. At best it is a blah vinaigrette.

    Sorry...but I didn't open the whole recipe because...I'd already seen it. Personally, if I were you, I would have mentioned it somewhere that everyone could see immediately, because I did see I wasn't the only one to think that. I apologize for jumping to conclusions though.

    Thank you for accepting me as a friend and taking a look at my page. A lot of my recipes do not include meat, I am bordering between vegetarian who likes a bit of meat a few times a month.

    I have a few pictures of my ChiPom (Chihuahua Pomeranian), who is named Corona, under my photos, but your dog is lovely, I always wanted a larger dog, but I do not have the space.
