This can go either way. If you use the recipe as a guide, you can turn this into an impressive salad. Following as written could lead to disappointment if you’re expecting a traditional salad. There is very little lettuce in this, only 1c. per serving, but a ton of dressing and other ingredients. I followed my instinct and improvised. See more in IMI review 6/1/16: Caribbean Cobb Salad

Just finished dinner. The dish was delicious. I added a little fresh parsley and a squirt of lemon juice. Served with brown rice. Got the thumbs up from the hubby. Would definitely make again

This was amazing. I used peach jam and balsamic vinegar. The flavour was a combination of sweet and tangy. This recipe is a keeper.

If found this recipe in my grandmother's handwriting and couldn't read parts of it.
The only minor difference is the cream of tartar which knowing gramma, she just added without noting on the recipe. This is a great Christmas dessert when you add Cherry pie filling on top.

The Muffaletta Sandwich is one of my favorites, but... I do not like making the bread, because when I crave one I want it now, I do not want to wait for it. Ha,ha,ha
