I love zucchini with eggs, this is a very nice quick breakfast. I did not use the curry powder or cayenne. When i make this next time i will leave the basil out, it got lost in with the other flavors.
    I scrambled my eggs.

This is a very sweet, creamy, dessert style drink. Filling, too! I reduced the recipe down to a quarter and it still made a ton. See more in IMI.

thank you thank you for this recipe. When my Mother died the recipe died with her. I could not remember if she used tomato juice or tomato soup. My Mother put in carrot slices and cubed potatoes in her recipe. I am making it for supper tonight. It brings back wonderful memories. Thank you so much!

I omitted the dill as we'd just harvested our dill for a recipe a few days ago. I quadrupled the recipe and did about 1/8 cup basil and 1/16 cup parsley. Didn't have time in my rushed morning to add any other greens. Even without the dill it was absolutely fantastic. Thanks for the recipe - I'm always at a loss when it comes to zucchini as it can sometimes taste a bit strong to me. The Zucchini really soaked up the flavor of the onion, while still retaining a bit of it's own flavor, which was perfect me.
