    Being rather lazy in the AM, I find this is an ideal breakfast. No heat, just peanut butter and freshness in a tortilla during the berry season.

    Reaching far back in my mind to my childhood, I remembered these as a crumbly, but hard, cookie. I used lemonade concentrate instead of the orange, and made it entirely in the food processor. This made it very easy, but probably contributed to the resulting cookie dough texture, rather than the texture I remember. I used a cookie scoop to make the cookies similar in size.

    Regardless, this is an easy way to have a sweet without turning on the oven.

    5-24-21 This reconstituted quickly from powdered using a 1/4c canning jar for storage and for measuring fluid. It was slightly thinner and foamier-looking than our "regular" omelet, but tasted the same. The egg, fluid, and cheese was measured; the other items were eyeballed.

    elle551: I just checked out Marthas Company Casserole. It looks like a family favorite that my boys call The Hunting Casserole because it's ALWAYS requested for every hunting trip.

    I did not see "cream cheese" in the list of ingredients. Did I miss it? I tried to re-read several times. Hopefully I'm not putting my foot in my mouth. ;)
