    The title is correct; it’s NOT… Kim chi. I think it would have been better over a bed of rice instead of the rice mixed in. I did garnish with ginger as it is usually an ingredient in kimchee otherwise I made recipe as listed.
    This was an inventive recipe but it’s just not for me.
