    My comment is the same as Rdh14.
    Redid this recipe with a better result.
    Made half the recipe. Recooking the whey again to see if I can cull some more curds.
    I stand by the 1 star rating until the recipe is modified to produce a more consistent result. Then it could easily go to a 5.

    Dearest Deliathecrone, could you please point me into the direction of where you got that awesome medieval lentildish from? so that I can check other recipes from that flavor source. it was hands down the favorite with teh *FIGHTER* crowd at pennsic AND veggetarian, which was a plus as we had some. Please, Obiwankenobi ehhm...Deliathecrone: you are my only hope ;)

    I have a friend in France who is an Italian with very old recipes from Italy. Translating I have found hard.
    I have a vegetarian recipe for pizza, it is written in Italian.

    Have tried Google Translator - does not meld with some words
