    It smells and tastes just like a gingerbread cookie! Perfect with maple syrup and a touch of whipped cream.
    I got 16 pancakes using a 1/4 cup measure.

    This was a great sweet n' sour pork recipe! It didn't have much pineapple taste to it though, perhaps adding some pineapple pieces would be nice. We really enjoyed it as-is, but perhaps some extra flavour like pepper, ginger or garlic would be a nice addition! More info in IMI: Hawaiian Pork

    OMG!! Where has this recipe been all my life. It is fabulous. Somehow different than banana bread. Texture is lighter, more delicate. I used half the sugar (I usually always reduce the sugar called for in a recipe) and thought it was perfect … not too sweet, but sweet enough. I added some chocolate chips to the bottom part and choose not to swirl it, after all it is "black bottom" bars.

    Hi. Thanks for stopping by my Honey Cornbread recipe. I plan on whipping up a pan to go with my collard greens for New Year's dinner. If you don't have whipping cream,half and half,buttermilk, or whole milk will work just fine. Happy New Year! :)

    We won the food drive contest. Over 2500 cans! So the principal said the kids could duct tape him to the flag pole. He was surprised when they went off and left him.
