    I semi followed your recipe, but didnt have several of the ingredients. Subbed rice for bread crumbs, jack/cheddar for parm and spinach for parsley. Other than all that, this was great. Thanks for sharing. More posted in IMI Cheflettes Stuffed Eightball Zucchini

    Pretty close, but only use half the vinegar and add the parsley when you add the spinach--if you blenderize the parsley the dressing is much greener than the Whole Foods recipe.

    Hi cheflette, just had to tell you I love your display picture. A dachshund right? I have an 8yr. old, but he was 4 when we got him, so we didn't get to experience the adorable puppy looks. They are so precious, again, love the pic...

    Thanks for the buddy invite and the comment on my Chicken Wild Rice soup. I completely understand about not wanting soup when it's 100 degrees out. I'm originally from the Midwest so I've been there done that, and don't miss it one bit. It was 65 here today,(sorry).
    You have so many yummy recipes, I bookmarked some.(frittata, pot roast, & the stroganoff) Keep posting more!!!
