Good flavors. How big a head of Boston lettuce? (How many cups?) I used a smaller head and cut oil to 1.5 tbsp and vinegar to 2 tsp. For me 1/4 tsp of salt is plenty.

Wow! Very good and it does taste like an English Muffin. The dough was so easy to work with. Mix milk and water and heat to about 120(f). Add yeast and let bloom for about 5 minutes. I used my stand mixer and after adding the rest of the ingredients I beat on low/medium for about 5+ minutes. I then lightly kneaded and shaped on my counter to get the right shape for my 9x5" loaf pan which I greased and sprinkled with cornmeal. So easy. Bake at 400(f) for about 25 minutes. When it was cooled, I sliced, and put in the freezer to use. Winner!

  • DIZ3 9 years ago about Yakisoba Chicken
This recipe is also on AR and one that I make quite often. In fact, it’s kind of become a comfort food. It uses ingredients that I typically have on hand and takes just a few minutes to prep and cook. The chili paste makes this dish extremely spicy so often times I leave it out or maybe add just a teaspoon for a little flavor. Just depends on my mood. I usually follow the recommended veggie combo, but will also add celery, broccoli, or even cauliflower if I have it on hand. You really can’t go wrong with this recipe.
