How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Pound breasts until thinned out enough to roll up.
  • In shallow dish mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  • Dip one side of breasts into melted butter.
  • Dip into crumb mixture.
  • Place a dollop of cheese spread on the un-dipped side of the breasts.
  • Roll breasts and secure with toothpicks.
  • Place rollups in a lightly greased 9x13" baking dish.
  • Drizzle with any remaining butter.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes OR until juices run clear.
