NOTES: I dropped my pic of a slice up there for y'all to drool over! LOL
    1) Baking time and temps are critical for the success of this recipe. Bake too long---a dry crumbly mess. Too short---a raw gooey mess.
    2) Preheat the oven well before placing the pan into the oven. At 5 minutes before take-out time, pull the pan out and gently press the top of the cake down. If you get too much "give" --it's not done yet. You should feel a slight bit of "give" and see a fudgey interior (not raw--just fudgey) after pressing lightly and/or peeling back a piece of the crust.
3)You can use less nuts than called for. I only had a 1/2 cup pack of walnuts on this last one I made, and I just chopped them finely before adding to batter and baked it up as called for. Worked fine.
    4) It's important to get good coverage with the drizzle on the outside of the cake when frosting. Try to cover as much of the cake as possible, to help keep it moist.
    5) Get a really big cold glass of milk ready. You're going to need it! This is a lovely, rich, gooey chocolate brownie-type cake that is very rich. It's not the *darkest* chocolate cake, but it is wonderful and filling! Enjoy! --Kn0x--
