Hash Brown Casserole

- 2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, melted shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/2 cup onion shopping list
- 1 can cream soup, your choice shopping list
- 2 cups grated cheese, your choice (Trish used gruyere, I think) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Coat 9x13x2 pan with cooking spray.
- Mix together the butter, salt and pepper, onion, cream soup and cheese.
- Fold in the potatoes.
- Bake, uncovered, for 50 minutes OR until potatoes are browned.
