Chocolate Peanut-Butter Poundcake Pudding

- 1(16oz)frozen poundcake shopping list
- 8Tbs peanut butter shopping list
- 1c semi-sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 2(3oz. each) pkgs. chocolate pudding mix shopping list
- 3c chocolate milk shopping list
- 2Tbs chocolate syrup shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350. Coat 11/2qt. baking dish with cooking spray.
- Horizontally cut the frozen pouncake(thawed in half. Spread each half with 3Tbs peanut butter;cut into 2"x1" chunks. Place half in dish;top with 1/2c semi-sweet chocolate chips and remaining cake.
- In bowl,whisk chocolate pudding mix and chocolate milk;pour over cake. Add 1/4c semi-sweet chocolate chips;cover with foil.
- Bake 50 mins. Uncover,;add 1/4c semi-sweet chocolate chips . Bake 2-3 mins.Top with 2Tbs peanut butter and chocolate syrup. Vool on rack.
