    Actually, if what you say is true, then both Mumtaz and Eshana Suleman should owe credit to the South African cookery book Indian Delights by Zuleikha Mayet, in the chapter Mass Cooking, which looking at the book right now, appears to have been taken practically word for word. And, as per the acknowledgement of the said Editor of the book, not excluding all the beautiful women and men who made this book a tried and trusted boon for many new and young brides.
