Chicken- and Spinach stuffed Shells

- 18 Large pasta shells (16 oz package) shopping list
- 1 container (15oz) WHOLE-milk ricotta cheese shopping list
- 1 egg slightly beaten shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 2 cups Green Giant frozen cut leaf spinach (1 lb bag)- THAWED and Squeezed the water out of it shopping list
- 1 cup Chopped deli Rotisserie chicken shopping list
- 1 Jar tomato pasta sauce shopping list
- 2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend shopping list
How to make it
- heat oven to 350F. Cook and drain pasta as directed on box and then rinse with cool water and drain again
- Meanwhile, in a med bowl, mix rocotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, spinach, and chicken
- Spread 1cup of the pasta sauce over the bottom of your 9x13 glass baking dish
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons ricotta mixture into each shell
- arrange shells filled side up in dish
- If any remaining sauce is leave put on top of shells
- Cover with foil and bake at 30 minutes
- sprinkle with cheese and bake UNcovered for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted
