How to make it

  • In med.- sized bowl, combine eggs, worcestershire, lemon juice, old bay, parsley, mayo., and mustard.( Mix thoroughly)
  • Place crabmeat in large bowl and fold in bread crumbs and the egg mixture fold easy not to break up lumps.shape into 12 slightly flattened balls and chill for few hours 1 hr. minimum.
  • To fry
  • pour oil into skillet about 1 1/2 inch deep. heat oil to 370 degrees and fry cakes until golden brown . 4-5 min. per side.
  • To broil
  • place cakes under preheated broiler until golden brown' 4-5 min. per side.
