Chicago Hot dog

I seen a recipe on food network on chicago dogs, and knew I had to try one. This is a recipe I got out of a magizine. It's yummy, colorful. and great for company. Then they can put on what they like!!
Ingredients
- 4 natural casing hot dogs shopping list
- prepared yellow mustaerd shopping list
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish shopping list
- 2 drops yellow food coloring ( this makes the relich look more neon colered!) shopping list
- 4 UNSLICED hot dog buns shopping list
- 1 egg white beaten shopping list
- poppy seeds shopping list
- diced onion shopping list
- tomatoe slices halved shopping list
- dill pickle spears shopping list
- small pickled peppers ( sport pickles) shopping list
- celery salt shopping list
How to make it
- tint relish with food coloring
- slice tomatoes
- dice onions
- Preheat oven to 400
- cokk until dogs sre warmied
- brush unslices buns with egg whites and sprinkle with poppy seeds
- prehaet grill to med- high, and grill dogs until heated through
- right before the dogs are lightly charred, put buns on pan in ovenabout 5 minutes until lightly toasted.
- slice through the top not the side( that way it will holds everything in better!)Place dog inside, and assemble as follows; dog ,mustard ,neon relish onion, tomatoe, peppers, and top with celery salt
