Ice Cream Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Very lightly grease a deep 10" springform pan.
  • Press half of the cookie crumbs into bottom of pan.
  • Spread chocolate ice cream over cookie crumbs.
  • Top with half of the ice cream topping.
  • Freeze until firm.
  • Remove from freezer and sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs.
  • Spread coffee ice cream over crumbs.
  • Top with remaining chocolate ice cream topping and toffee bars.
  • Freeze until firm.
  • Remove from freezer 5-10 minutes before serving for best results.
  • Remove sides of pan and cut with a warm knife.

    I love the sounds of this. Ice Cream cakes are so expensive. This would be great and save you bucks.
