Ice Cream Cake

- 28 chocolate cookies-crushed and divided shopping list
- 1/2 gallon coffee ice cream-softened shopping list
- 1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream-softened shopping list
- 5 large toffee bars(such as Heath or Skor)-crushed shopping list
- 1 medium jar chocolate ice cream topping-divided shopping list
How to make it
- Very lightly grease a deep 10" springform pan.
- Press half of the cookie crumbs into bottom of pan.
- Spread chocolate ice cream over cookie crumbs.
- Top with half of the ice cream topping.
- Freeze until firm.
- Remove from freezer and sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs.
- Spread coffee ice cream over crumbs.
- Top with remaining chocolate ice cream topping and toffee bars.
- Freeze until firm.
- Remove from freezer 5-10 minutes before serving for best results.
- Remove sides of pan and cut with a warm knife.
