ranch chicken pasta

- 1 lb bowtie pasta shopping list
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast shopping list
- salt and fresh ground pepper shopping list
- 2 T. olive oil shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 lb frozen broccoli florets shopping list
- 3 firm plum tomatoes, chopped shopping list
- 1 pkg ranch dressing mix shopping list
- 1 tsp fresh ground pepper shopping list
- 1 C. sour cream shopping list
- ½ C. mayo shopping list
- milk shopping list
How to make it
- Mix ranch mix with pepper, ½ of the garlic, sour cream and mayo, thin with milk if needed. Refrigerate until needed.
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Just before draining add the frozen broccoli
- to the pot. Drain and rinse with cold water. Place in large bowl. Add tomato
- Salt and pepper chicken. Cut in bite size chunks.
- Heat oil and remaining garlic in skillet. Add chicken and cook till done. Remove and let cool. Add to bowl with pasta.
- Stir in dressing, chill until needed.

I like the way you treat the broccoli, this method keeps it nice and bright green and a little crunchy.
I will use fresh broccoli from the garden.
