Veggie Salad

- 1 cup of broccoli shopping list
- 1 cup of cauliflower shopping list
- 1 cup of sliced carrots shopping list
- 1 cup of zucchini shopping list
- 1/2 cup of radishes shopping list
- 1/2 cup of grape tomatoes shopping list
- 1/2 cup of olive oil shopping list
- 1/3 cup of lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 block (3 oz.) of feta cheese shopping list
- 1 tsp. thyme shopping list
- 1 tsp. basil shopping list
- 1 tsp. sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. dried mustard shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
How to make it
- Chop all of the vegetables into bite size pieces and set aside in a zip lock bag.
- In a seperate bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, basil, sugar, pepper, dried mustard, salt and garlic powder.
- Pour sauce over the vegetables in the zip lock bag and shake to combine.
- Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, mix in the crumbled feta cheese.
