How to make it

  • Place ground butt in a large mixing bowl and add all the ingredients and mix very well.
  • divide up into 3 to 4 ounce servings and wrap in seran wrap, then place in a ziplock bag. will last for a week in the refrigerator or for 2 months in the freezer.
  • take 1 pakage and fry, breakingup into small pieces, for 3-4 minutes over medium-high heat.
  • beat 4 eggs well and add to sausage and scramble to you desired taste. This will serve two

    I see myself stuffing this in an 18mm casing and smoking! Chorizo sticks. Nice post.

    I love chorizo... Great post.. will try.
    I like to make a cheese and chorizo omelet... with bell peppers and onions. Tortillas on the side... now that is breakfast!
