- 1- 3to4#smoked butt. ground very coursely shopping list
- 4 Tbs. salt shopping list
- 3 Tbs.dry oregano shopping list
- 6 mashed garlic cloves shopping list
- 3 tsp. crushed cumin seed shopping list
- 2 tsp. fresh ground pepper shopping list
- 2 tsp. sugar shopping list
- 6 Tbs. ground red chiles shopping list
- 8 Tbs. cider or wine vinegar shopping list
- 5 Tbs. water shopping list
How to make it
- Place ground butt in a large mixing bowl and add all the ingredients and mix very well.
- divide up into 3 to 4 ounce servings and wrap in seran wrap, then place in a ziplock bag. will last for a week in the refrigerator or for 2 months in the freezer.
- take 1 pakage and fry, breakingup into small pieces, for 3-4 minutes over medium-high heat.
