St. Patrick's Day Hash Brown Casserole

- 1 large corned beef, cooked and chopped up shopping list
- 1 (30) ounce bag Southern Style hash browns Ore-Ida Country Style shopping list
- 1 (10 oz.) Can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 Pint sour cream shopping list
- 31/4 Cup Course mustard shopping list
- 2 Cups swiss cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1 cup scallions shopping list
- ½ Cup butter, Melted shopping list
- 1 Tsp salt shopping list
- 1 Tsp pepper shopping list
- Topping shopping list
- 5 Cups corn flakes shopping list
- ½ Cup butter, melted shopping list
How to make it
- Combine everything except the topping. Potato mixture into greased 9 X 13 baking pan
- Layer the Corn Flakes and butter on top of the potatoes
- Bake 350°
- Add red or green peppers or whatever you like!
