For the Sauce
- Make Joes Meat Sauce shopping list
- Make following ingredient changes to meat sauce. shopping list
- 1 Green Zuchini shopping list
- 1 Yellow Zuchini shopping list
- 2 LB beef shopping list
- 1 LB Ground Italian sausage - Mild shopping list
- 1 cans Del Monte Diced tomatos with basil, garlic and oregano shopping list
cheese Blend
- 10 oz spinach - Whole Leaf shopping list
- ^(3 cloves garlic Crushed, salt, pepper, and 4 Tablespoon butter) shopping list
- 1lb Cooked Ground Italian sausage shopping list
- 1lb cooked chicken shopping list
- 30 oz ricotta cheese shopping list
- 16 oz Mozzerlla cheese shopping list
- 8 oz parmesan cheese shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
Topper
- 8 oz Mozzerlla cheese shopping list
- 4 oz parmesan cheese shopping list
Other Ingredients
- 1/4 Teaspoon oregano shopping list
- 1/4 Teaspoon basil shopping list
- 1/4 Teaspoon dried parsley shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Start off by making Joes Meat Sauce For this recipe I added Steamed Zuchini for a little more complexity.
- Now work on your Cheese filling. Cook the italian sausage first then drain. While your sausage is cooking slice the chicken in half to thin it. Then slice it into strips. In same pan used for sausage throw ur chicken in. Add seasoning listed in other ingredients and some olive oil. Once chicken is cooked and golden move it to a cutting board and mince it up. Add Italian sausage and chicken to a seperate bowl. Cook the Spinach in Garlic, Salt, Pepper and butter, Drain. Divide the spinach up between the 2 bowls with meats. Now add your cheeses dividing them into each bowl See Photo. Mix up the meats and cheeses in the bowls. Divide the eggs up between the 2 bowls and mix again.
- I use a large 1 gallon ziplock bag and cut a corner off See Photo. Fill the bag with the mixtures we made and inject it into the uncooked noodles See Photo. Fill a Baking dish with a light layer of meat sauce See Photo. Place stuffed noodles into sauce. Once all are filled Cover with a layer of meat sauce and squeeze any left over cheese sauce ontop of the noodles See Photo. Cover with a layer of mozzerlla and parmesan cheese. See Photo
- Bake in oven at 350 for 55 minutes covered and 10 min uncovered. See Photo
