How to make it

  • Unroll crescent rolls then press dough into a greased pizza pan. Press dough perforations to seal. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Meanwhile in medium bowl combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onion and dill. Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust. Top with lettuce, olives, sweet pepper, cucumber and tomato. Sprinkle with feta cheese then cover and chill for 4 hours.

    Crescent Rolls are sold in the biscuit section of the grocery store. They are canned dough that you roll out. You could use biscuit dough or bread dough rolled out real thin.

    We don't have "crescent rolls" in NZ - can you tell me what they are or what else I could use because I love the sound of this?!

    I had forgotten about this oldie but goodie.. thanks for posting... Great for weather like this...We used to have this at least once a week! We would add extra veggies and have at work for lunch.
