Chilly Vegetable Pizza

- 8 ounce package refrigerated crescent rolls shopping list
- 8 ounce package cream cheese softened shopping list
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce shopping list
- 1/3 cup sliced pitted ripe olives shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped green and or yellow sweet pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped seeded cucumber shopping list
- 1 medium tomato seeded and chopped shopping list
- 2/3 cup crumbled garlic and herb feta cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Unroll crescent rolls then press dough into a greased pizza pan. Press dough perforations to seal. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Meanwhile in medium bowl combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onion and dill. Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust. Top with lettuce, olives, sweet pepper, cucumber and tomato. Sprinkle with feta cheese then cover and chill for 4 hours.

This is one of my fave summer appetizers - left overs hold pretty well, too. Good stuff!!

I had forgotten about this oldie but goodie.. thanks for posting... Great for weather like this...We used to have this at least once a week! We would add extra veggies and have at work for lunch.
