How to make it

  • In medium bowl stir together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
  • Add milk and vanilla then stir until smooth then gently stir in nuts.
  • Spread batter in ungreased casserole dish.
  • In small bowl combine cocoa powder, granulated sugar and brown sugar.
  • Gradually stir in boiling water then carefully pour evenly over batter.
  • Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes then serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
