Upside Down Chocolate Cake

- 1 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 4 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts shopping list
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup boiling water shopping list
- whipped cream or ice cream shopping list
How to make it
- In medium bowl stir together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
- Add milk and vanilla then stir until smooth then gently stir in nuts.
- Spread batter in ungreased casserole dish.
- In small bowl combine cocoa powder, granulated sugar and brown sugar.
- Gradually stir in boiling water then carefully pour evenly over batter.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes then serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
