Nest thermostat purchased and installed in November 2023. Showing a W5 error. Have tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps and nothing works.
How do I go about getting a replacement.

You say purchased in November 2023, why not get the installer to sort the problem out? This is a new install, they are responsible.
