I've been using this app for a few years now. I understand and appreciate the benefits of yoga. However, I keep busy and my my interests are constantly changing which makes it hard for me to stick to daily habits. That said, if it weren't for this 5-minute treasure, I wouldn't be doing yoga at all. Anything is better than nothing, and even though it's just a few minutes at a time I do think it has a positive impact on mywell-being and flexibility, with lots of variations to choose from.

I use this app to do yoga every day, and I am so impressed! I used to do longer yoga sessions before I became permanently disabled more than 4 years ago from chronic fatigue long-covid and POTS brought on after covid. After almost dying from long-covid vascular damage which caused me to lose an organ to have my life saved, I never thought yoga was doable for me again. This program made it possible. Even I can use this, and I am mostly home bound and below sedentary level. Love this yoga app!!!

It's easy to use, effective, and the timing of the moves are good, since you can adjust the speed. They keep improving the app, and it now has enough features and options but is still easy to use. Pretty much perfect for me!
