Perfect if you're short on time or lacking motivation. Even five minutes a day makes a huge difference, and this app has genuinely challenging sessions. Free and reduced pricing for low income users, but the regular pricing is reasonable and the free version is decent. Audio instruction is minimal and the app is best used in conjunction with at least some IRL or at least YouTube classes. Pacing is a bit off...do it at the speed they say, not what the animation shows.

Absolutely love the app and worth every penny. I have two small children and work full time. I was having a hard time keeping up with working out so decided on this app. I've been doing it for 33 days straight and I'm blown away with my results. I can't believe how much a 5 min work out has helped me lean down. On top of leaning I've been able to regain some of my core strength, I lost with 2 babies. Just get the app, we all have 5 mins - so simple!!!!

Just starting and so far liking this app. The 5 minutes allows you to do one session a day, several in one sitting, or spread through out. Good for beginners; there's a beginner path and elevated path. Affordable. Can pay subscription fee for monthly and year, non for 2 years, low income or even free.
