was looking for an app to take the guess work out of doing exercises correctly and settled on PFEI. it's very easy to use and clearly tells you when to squeeze and when to rest. I've only been using the app for a couple of days but find it convenient as you can set reminders, time will tell if I get the results I'm looking for.

I like the privacy mode. . .very nice when training at work. The training is easy to do and worth your time. Once you start practicing, you will notice how your body moves and can utilize the breath.

I've been using the free version of this app for the last week and it's been great. The interface is easy to understand and navigate. Exercises are timed well and very clear. Great job developers!
