The service is good. But requesting to change the graphics of the app to the next level. Dark is better. And it would be better if you can put a troubleshooting option and more status of the device like bettery level, current volume level and one last thing is if u can put some software based transperent hearing options (if it's possible) then I will be an amazing experience for us. Till now doing a great job my frnds. You can do better I think.

The battery life indicator is not great. It often tells me the battery is full when I turn on my earphones and then just a few minutes later the robot voice will tell me the battery is actually low. Also, I hate that robot voice. She is really loud and sometimes comes on when I'm cycling and makes jump out of my skin! I wish i could turn her down or off. A gentle tone that tells me the battery is low would be much nicer.

My Soundcore Mini 3 Pro sounds great, but this app leaves something to be desired. It has a "Lights Off" setting—but for some reason (programmer overenthusiasm?) it still flashes bright lights when you turn it on and off. So if you have insomnia and you're using it to help you fall asleep again, you must remember to cover it up in the dark before you turn it on, unless you want to be even more awake. Had I known, I would've gotten the non-"Pro" model without the groovy disco effects. 🌈🌟😜
