OK sound. One big con I have is that the sound will cut out from the left earbud or right earbud randomly a few times a day. This happens whether I'm using my Android Samsung or my iPhone, both updated, so it's definitely an issue with the earbuds. Would not buy these earbuds again once they die or I lose a side. The pro is definitely tIhe price point and I appreciate the battery case not having a lid.

It's difficult to open the earphones settings. When I touch the earbuds settings button, nothing happens. If the settings actually open, you can edit them to match your desired listening preferences. Whether you want to listen to a podcast, a book, music, or to a movie, the options allow you to customize the earbuds. You can also listen to what's going on around you, which is essential if you're a woman running alone. No one should be unconscious of the sounds around them. Please fix the app! TY

The app is good and all, but it sucks as well. First, it won't connect to the app immediately and will not let me access my earbuds (jbl endurance race tws) immediately, I have to wait 5-10 seconds for it to connect. Second, the app is horrible when it comes to accessing it while on calls. It just won't connect while on a call. Third, the app sucks because it's extremely laggy, like it only supports 30 hz refresh rate, please fix these issues.
