Chapter 5 - Weapons Factory

You're about to embark on the largest level in the game, so make sure you're able to dedicate around 25 minutes to it before you begin.

Find yourself a speeder and race over the bridge to the sole Separatist zone on the map. You'll need to destroy the barracks inside, so you can carry that task out with your speeder, a lightsaber, or by building a cannon in any of the empty zones bordering it.

After the reinforcements arrive, head back over the bridge to the east. The middle Separatist zone has a silver cannon, and the east zone has a silver barracks. You'll need either a cannon or a rocket-toting vehicle to deal damage to these machines, so get to building. After destroying every single piece of Separatist equipment, the droid army will send yet another wave of reinforcements. Always on the move...

If you'd like, build yourself a vehicle generator in one of your zones in the west and head across the bridge once more. First thing's first. Shut down the shield generators covering the northwest and southwest Separatist zones. Then, grab a rocket-toting vehicle to destroy the Separatist machines in the northwest zone.

You now need to destroy some gold plated machinery (in addition to everything else). You have two options to carry this plan out. You can either build up to an RX-200 tank, or you can lead a battalion of Clones to the golden target. In the latter case, take control of your Commander, find some Clones, press the Action Button to rally them up, and run to your target. When your target is in view, hold down the Attack Button, aim your reticule at it, and let go. Your troops will do the dirty work and your target will be no more.

After taking over all enemy zones, you'll switch over to Ahsoka. Head on over to the blue Jedi insignia and cut through that wall with your blade. Head down the hallway until you arrive at the area with purple and gold triangles and the wall.

To solve the puzzle, throw your lightsaber at the three interior triangles on the right wall. This will dislodge them, and you'll be able to use the Force to place them on the purple placeholders on the left wall. Go through the open door and continue until you find the next triangle puzzle. You'll notice only one triangle on the right --- the second two are hidden. The first one is inside the wall designated by the blue Jedi insignia, and the second is up in a hammock on the left side of the purple placeholders (throw your lightsaber or perform a double-jumping slam). Place all three golden triangles on the purple placeholders to continue.

Head to the next dead end and destroy all of the hammocks covering the walls and you'll find a bunch of loose pieces on the ground. Use the Force to build a nice trampoline. Have a couple of bounces on it for fun and then jump towards the sky to exit the cave.

After the short cut scene, you'll find yourself fighting the level's boss. To begin, find the blue commander droid and attack him. His head will fly like a scoop of bantha fodder, and you'll need to go over, pick it up, and put it on your head. Then, head to the console on the right and interact with it. Do the same with the console on the left side of the room. This will open up more of the innards of the center machine.

Next, you need to commandeer the giant tank you may or may not have been awkwardly avoiding introductions with. To take it over, destroy both the circular panel on both sides of it. Then, hop up to the top and slash the glowing blue gun. You should then be able to enter the ship by means of the Switch Character button. Aim at all of the exposed silver parts on the center machine and you'll have done Anakin and his squad a giant favor.
