Collectibles are listed in each stage in the order you get them (not grouped by type). While it would make sense to group collectibles by type, only fools enjoy wasting time watching a loading screen.

In the Deep End

There's nothing to do in the initial stage of the game, except go through the motions of the tutorial. If you need assistance to complete that level, Crysis 2 was not a suitable purchase for you. Next to the dead guy when you first regain control over your own body. Check the table by the corpse in the Beauty and the Beast Corps skinsuit. The only other person to wear something this butt ugly was what's-his-face (Cam Clarke voiced him) in Zone of the Enders Second Runner. That one had an open back where you can see the guy's ass-crack. Thankfully, CryTek sealed up this guy, haha.

Shortly after the cloaking tutorial, you will be in the courtyard of Castle Clinton. Check the table with the handgun for this PDA.

Second Chance · Souvenir 1 / 1

Go past the security door at the Evac Center and you will be on an open street. At the corner, there is a shop called "The DrugStore". The souvenir is on the counter inside.

Past the armor tutorial, you will find a donut shop with a big Lard-Lad type donut sign. Mark the enemies on the street and remain undetected. Track one of the enemies who will loiter under the giant donut. Unfasten the screws (hold reload to loosen them) and the donut will crush the soldier to satisfy this condition.

The intersection north of the giant donut. Head towards the barricade of the Evac Center and remember you have to sprint towards them and remain uncloaked to trigger traffic cameras. It's true, because Jessica Chobot said so.
