Watch the press conference tomorrow for more information.
I love me some
CD Projekt. You know, our friends behind the Witcher series. After
The Witcher 2, I'd trust them to make any RPG they want. And that's what they're going to do.
While speaking to Eurogamer, head of marketing Michał Platkow-Gilewski revealed that they'd be announcing a brand new RPG tomorrow during a press conference. And, it'll involve guns in some capacity! That could mean just about
anything and I couldn't be more excited.
While the Witcher was primarily a fantasy series (which makes sense considering its source material), the lone detail of "hey there will be guns" makes it sound like CD Projekt is taking a slightly more modern approach to their next "triple-A RPG." As long as they don't abandon some of the really powerful narrative stuff that made the Witcher so great, I'm already sold.
They'll be showing off the new game tomorrow during a press conference, which they'll be streaming on
The Witcher Facebook page at 5:00 PM GMT, or 10:00 AM PST.
