A cold themed super villain. Willy Chillson was originally an air conditioner repair man who, after having quite possibly the worst day ever, re-purposes his equipment and begins a life of crime.

Blizzard, god of Virtue

Blizzard remained trapped in the heart of a vast glacier, trapped millions of years ago by the wizard Balsafas, until the day came when the great cataclysm awakened him once more. He descended from his high cliffs to engage the other gods in battle, in order to undo the damage done to the Urth and nurture the remnants of mankind.

FrostBite

An icy being of the frozen north, FrostBites are living ice elementals. They have the ability to freeze anything they come in contact with, including instantly covering any surface in a slippery icy coat.
