Artist Trading Coins ► Majo

Hello my crafty friends!

With summer peeking just around the corner, I decided to create some Artist Trading Coins with natural images that remind me of the upcoming season.

After creating a masterboard with Distress Inks I stamped the images 19827
(Doodle Dots) and 20166 (Scribble Circle) in coordinating colours.

I used my Cricut to cut the 2½" circles.

I stamped all images with Versafine Onyx Black.

After adding the rub ons (Tim Holtz) I distressed all edges and glued my coins to another piece of cardstock. I had used Watercolour paper, but it's actually too thin, so the second layer makes them more sturdy.

I show you the coins one by one .....

These are the images I used besides the both on the background:

19330 - Dandelion
19666 - Wildflowers
19223 - Dragonfly

Thanks so much for stopping by today ♥

Foodie

Hello everyone,

and welcome to my first blogpost for 2017 ! I am happy that I am still on the DT team and I look forward to sharing my projects with you !

For today I have made a simple postcard:

I started with a piece of water colour paper sized 6" x 4". I coloured it lightly with watercolours and stamped the macarons on it. I did stamp them separately too on more watercolour paper.
Underneath the macarons on the card I added some shading with a darker colour. Next I watercolored my macarons. Don't they look tasty ! After colouring and drying I cut them out and adhered them to the card on top of the stamped image. I added the sentiment which I clear embossed because it goes a little blacker then. Lastly I added the dots around the edge of the card.

I used the following stamps:

Spring Enchanted

Awwwwwwwwwwww spring is here in Ontario Canada in full bloom and i just love it.

So for the last time i am showcasing the stamp "Enchanted" Its so versatile!

ENCHANTED

The flowers are Peel Stickers, and then I chose three colors that looked great together, blue, yellow and green. I covered my entire paper with water, and then dropped in the different colors.
Letting it completely dry and the place the stickers in the center, stamped "Enchanted" in a monochromatic color and outlined a rectangle to enhance the flowers.

Yum!

Happy Spring my art friends,

Moon Enchanted

HI! My project today is one of my favs, i made a whole card set which i will share my over my next few post.

The one today is

Pretty Moon and Fairy stamp, along with the Enchanted Stamp.

Here is the link to the "Fairy on Moon" and to "Enchanted".

The background was made using 140lb watercolour paper using ShinHan Tube Watercolous.

Using a wet brush cover the entire piece of paper, let it sit for just about 45 seconds and then dip your brush into the watercolour and begin dropping colour onto the paper. Letting the watercolour paints fluidly move and blend.
I then stamped my chosen stamps using Stazon Ink.
I then used my prisma coloured pencil to add shadows and colour to the card.

Honestly stamp art is easy, just have fun and play!
