when you grow up with someone and you haven't seen them in a while (in this case, a while = 7 years), you kind of forget time doesn't stop for them either.
my cousin is back from the uk on holidays, so he dropped by my place to say hi. i was sort of expecting the same little kid who built sandcastles with me, or the boyish teenager who tempted me with rugby matches when i was attempting to mug for my alevels, so the tall, dark lanky fella who appeared on my doorstep was indeed a pleasant surprise.
catchups are always good :) especially catchups that result in me attempting to add him on facebook, but finding the only match to be someone using brad pitt as his profile picture o.O (which of cos, let to my cousin going "since when am i brad pitt???")
