because i graduated as a marketer and aspire to be a writer, this is something i've come up with for a dear friend. yes, he is officially a product now.

the first sunrise of 2009 (and yes, i believe i'll be on a plane shortly too). =) happy new year everyone!
i spent the first day of the year doing what i do best - sleep. then again, we only crawled home at 10.15am in the morning after witnessing very smoky fireworks during the countdown (no more man. given my disdain for crowds, i'm spending next new year's eve at home!), spending one whole hour trying to hail a cab, followed by an all nighter at alex's place where we witnessed what alcohol does to jolynn (ie. making her a scarier person than she already is =P) and rushing for the sunrise. hao also became the first person i punched this year (courtesy of a jumping shot, where his head was placed way too near my fist). our first major fright of the year also came when augus's camera fell off the railing (mei was going "i think the camera's gonna fall off" and everyone just froze in place) but hurray for all the securing he did beforehand!
the best sentence of 2008, as decided upon and agreed by adel, pei and myself goes as follows: "when i see _________ (for eg. starbucks), i think, HEY _______ (coffee)!" try it, it's hilarious!
